At First Sight
On surface level or first sight, this video would appear to be only concerned with the very serious issues of character defamation, Civil Rights violations and other related Staff/Library Security Officer (LSO) abuses at the Martin Luther King Jr. Library in downtown San Jose Ca. But the true reasons that have lead up to this City Hall Open Forum presentation are the real underlying issues of the city and they are:

THE BLACKS ARE SUPPRESSED IN SAN JOSE CALIFORNIA

Center Of The World In Technology
San Jose Ca is considered to be the center of the world in Technology. San Jose has been and is the future direction and leader of technology in the world. Everybody in the developed world uses something from this place, tech-wise, in some form or other. Whether it be Facebook, or a router from Cisco or a database from Oracle, and so many others. And its well known, that Bill Gates would not be Bill Gates had he not come to San Jose California and work out a deal with San Jose based IBM.

The Negros In This Society
The Negros is this society, in San Jose Ca, are in the midst of technological opulence and all of the support services that cater to it, yet the African/Black population lack the 3 vital components that make a people and that which formulates the existence of a cultural identity, in a civilized productive society. Those components are an economic base/structure, political structure or proponents and cultural societal cohesion (i.e., ethnic or heritage community)

The 2012 U.S. Census Report Review
The 2012 Census Report review by the United States Government points out that the Negros in San Jose California's economic existence is less than the equivalent of not even owning a hot dog stand, and 'DOES NOT' meet publication standards thus is represented by Code (S) Suppressed.

It’s a multi-pronged issue
It’s a multi-pronged issue, not only is the desire not displayed in the 3 vital societal component areas that make a people, if one were to assert themselves in Black cultural community establishment the ‘other’ (races) in the society, where the Blacks cultural entity has proven weakness or non-existence as a political participant, as a revenue generating cultural entity and as a community within itself, the others (as already shown in most every sector of this society) will be resistance to that change.

Suppression and Elimination of Negros
The character defamation, safety endangerment, false LSO (Library Security Officer) reports and a host of other actions & events at the Martin Luther King Jr. Library like the targeted acts at Art Napoleon (Grimes) is indicative to the overt and subversive suppression and elimination of Negros as a cultural entity in the Heart and Capitol of Silicon Valley, the city of San Jose California, where technology thrives and the Negros cultural entity has died and will have no existence or part of that future.

Societal Unrest
A society that excels in every area, in everything else, must improve, has got to improve on this. If you are so successful in so many areas/sectors of your society, but totally out of balance, in fact a complete failure, in this one area, then this must be corrected.

Awareness
Awareness could possibly bring some societal unrest, which should be understandable, until the adjustment is made, as a time period must be allotted to ease or help individuals, groups or communities to understand the discomfort and acceptance of un-suppressing a race, as the race itself makes the adjustment of being un-suppressed.

Comfort zones
Comfort zones will be pushed, but this society as a whole will be all the better and the envy of the Nation, in all aspects. Something we all can be participants in, and proud of.
